If you live in Santa Clara County... check out www.starone.org for your financing. I refinanced my car for 7 years at 5.25% ....

Dude I have a 10 year note on my college loans which are more then my car loan, plus the interest is higher (6.5%- 7%, variable too). I figure its better to pay these off faster then worry about my car loan which is now at 5.25%.

But, yeah, 7 years is a damn long time... I didn't even know banks had 7 year car loans till I got mine .

I saw on this site that insurance was cheap at Wawanesa Insurance. I received a quote in the mail, and for more coverage, the rates were cheaper! Way cheaper. If I change I will save over $30/month for better coverage!

At Wawanesa Insurance, they quoted me $888/year - this is my only car and I am a 30 yr old female.

I got my financing at 4.9% for 5 yrs, and insurance is about $500/6mo. .

I got it a while back at my credit union, when interest rates were at an all time low, with the economy n all. Now that things are lookin a lil brighter, rates are in the 5's now.
