I am not sure I understand what you mean... I don't think the characters in the shirt are to represent the S2000 in Japan but just different language to say s2000. Correct me if I am wrong, Quan.

Two different reasons

The reason I did that is to say "S2000" in different language and also I believe "S2000" might be registered by either American Honda Motor Co., Inc. or 本田技研工業株式会社. Didn't want to create legal issues.
