Default Feeler: Tech Day

Hi all.

I was talking to Terrance914(Terrance) last night and decided it might be a good time to have a tech day. Terrance is kind of a 'private' mechanic for some of us and he does anything from valve adjustments to springs, and does really good work for a really good price. (he's a master spring/coilover installer btw) so if anyone is interested please sign up, and we'll set up a day and place to sit around...work on cars all day and chill.

and maybe we can wash and wax some cars too.

WORK:

CrazyPhud - Fluids(Tranny, Diff, Oil)
J'sAP1 - Oil

Yeah same here. I have to change my oil but my apartment rules say no way. I am not used to that. Let me know. I would be interested.

Some of the Palo Alto guys need stuff done too. I was thinking about arranging a tech day on this side of the bay, but hadn't found anyone to host it. Maybe we can just merge the two together. I can do srpings/coilovers/valves/fluids too, between Terrance and I, we can probably knock out a lot of stuff. There's also a few guys who want to clear headlights. Get a dinner setup too!

I would like to go. I'd like to meet some people, check out some cars and learn some things about mine.

not really sure about the headlight clearing...only because its takes time to remove the bumper and all the hardware...heat the headlights...put the silicon glue on to reseal and wait for the glue to dry and reinstall...i would imagine this would at least take 4 hours...

i remember the last time we did this it took a good part of the day to do 1 set of headlights...

if you have JDM headlights it can be done in 1 hours.
