its a change, i wouldnt call it an upgrade
upgrade in size and luxury, but not as a car overall... the S is more of a true enthusiast car, i will hopefully be commin out to some meets just to get to see some S's

I use my AP1 as a D.D./Track car and the M as my weekend car.You can go to the meets with you M3. I been driving mine there. But good luck with the M what's your next mod? I'm also on the M3forum.net "///Mik3".
Oh and I don't think the S2 to M3 is an upgrade but more of a extention of the S2. It's a 4 seater FR w/ the added luxury. That's just my opinion tho.
