I got a call from a coworker in a panic yesterday. She said there was a GPW flipped on its top right at my exit, which is Concord Ave in Concord. Just wondering if anyone knows the driver and if he/she/they are OK.

Very good question. I didn't see it first hand so I can't say where exactly it happened. It's been dry as a bone lately, too.
