If anybody in the Bay Area is looking for an S2000 (and is willing to drive a little), Tracy Honda has a new, 2002 black S2000 for sticker (no mark-up).

Ya........I saw that too when I was in today getting my fresh new spark plugs. I heard 3 S2000's showed up today. The service guy was all excited.

Was that your silver S2000 I saw as I pulled up at around 8:30? You got a ride from somebody in a white 300ZX and returned to pick up your car just as I was leaving?

I was told that I was #3 on Thursday getting the plugs done.

Yeah, I headed off for work (in Pleasanton). I saw another Silverstone/black S2000 from Tracy Honda when I exited 580 at Hacienda.

My wife said she also saw you on her way to work (silver S2000 with a bra).

I'm in the process of buying a S2000 right now, and I got very excited when I read this thread. I contacted Tracy Honda immediately, only to find out that their price is actually 34K. Am I going to have to go to the dealership and duke it out with 15 "sales managers" for 8 hours, or is there a dealership near the bay area that will give me a good deal with relatively little hassle? Where did everyone get their S from?

If you are serious and holding your check book, tell them you are buying the car today for MSRP, they will do it.
