Goodwill?

anyone have experience with goodwill at any honda dealership in the bay area? which one should i approach? or if anyone works at a honda dealership that can help me out. i got the deceleration buzz and im out of warranty with 19k miles on the car.

wow, 10 yrs with only 19K miles.
