Hello! Just Bought S2000
Hey everyone,
I've been following S2KI & S2KCA for a few months now and decided to go ahead and buy the S2000 last Wednesday! I just moved back to Cupertino and I see there is a very large community of S2K owners here in the bay area and I'm very excited that people are so passionate, especially from what I've seen here on the forums. Now that I'm an actual owner, I'll be looking more closely at events and meet-ups.
Here's the info on the car as purchased:
2006 S2000 (Silver)
41,870 miles
Z1 Star Specs (225/45, 255/40)
I'm very excited to meet you all, and I'm really looking forward to going on the drives / meeting up & hanging out. Also, if anyone has any advice for me on mechanics that I should take my car to, what kind of maintenance I should be doing, DIY jobs to make the car better, where to purchase tires and a shop installing them for cheap, I'd really appreciate it (I don't need new tires for a few months, but when I do I'm getting Z1 Star Specs again). Anything you can throw at me // link a previous thread for a newbie owner to get started.
