Thumbs down

Take a cheap socket, and hammer it on to the locknut. Usually one that is a size small should work. On the S, I estimate a 20mm... 12 Point sockets work the best.
Just hammer it on with a sledge, and remove with socket wrench. I have had to do this on older car's I purchased used, where the previous owner lost the key...
Works everytime.
Tip, use a cheap extension to hold the socket over the lock. Keeps the sledeg away from the wheel, and you're hand!
