I would suggest maybe going down to your local wheel/tire store and see if you can get some boxes from them to pack them in. As far as shipping company, UPS ground?

I had a tire shipped to me with some booklets put in the middle and a bunch of bubble wrap and tape.

If you're shipping with tires, i'd say just cover both ends of the wheel with like cardboard and bubble wrap.

shipping is such a hassle to deal with!

Anyone ever done this before? I'm not so much interested in how to package the wheels as I am in how much it costs to ship

I've shipped 18inch TE37's with tires across the country before, it cost around $150 dollars with FedEx I believe. It not hard as people make it out to be good luck!

I've shipped 20" HRE to Texas rims only and it was about $160.. $40 something ish a box. 4 boxes. ups ground.

if you don't have boxes, that's where another chunk of $ is going to come from. box could easily cost you $40 a pop depending on size. I tried to get a box that was about 46" long and it was about $20. It was a more narrow box though for golf clubs..

I ship wheels and tires all day long. Use circular cardboard cutouts if you can find them and wrap them in a bunch of tape.

What size wheels and tires? I can use my UPS program to quote your shipping. I'll need a ship from and ship to address though.

Need to ship to New Orleans, don't have an exact address yet. Do you do shipping for other people or only within your work?
