I am looking for a registered structural engineer who can help us with residential addition/remodeling (mainly less than 500 sq. ft.) at a reasonable rate.
We are looking for someone who can prepare required structural documents (stamped and signed) based on architectural backgrounds prepared by us.
If the rate is good, we will be able to keep providing an opportunity to collaborate.

Are you an Architect? If not, the paper works may drive you crazy, and usually structural engineers like to work with experienced Designers/Architects more so than not.

I am a structural engineer dealing with residential additions/new constructions every day. I'm not licence, but my firm is and we work out of San Jose.
