Looking to do local meet ups. I live in alameda. east bay. if anyone is interested, let me know. Alameda, Oakland, San Leandro, Berkley, Emmeryville, Hayward area. If you guys are interested. I would love to see some more s2k's. Btw, my passenger convertible button latch popped off and I couldnt find it so I bought a new one of Clist. Anyone know how to do the install?

i think there's an eastbay thread on here somewhere.

do you mean the side button on the latch?? if yes, it's 2 simple screws

Thanks for the thread link. No one has posted on there since the begining of the year lol. The button you press on the latch has fallen off. So I can not engage it to lock the soft top on the passenger side. I have the new latch. just don't know how to take it off. I don't see any screws.

Milpitas meet or better yet any of the upcoming meets (FNC) or additional are your best bet!

are those every friday? I am going to some meet in freemont this friday with a buddy that has a charger srt8 and a scion tc im kind of new to the area as well.

Take a look at the working side to see what needs to be done to unlatch it, once that's done you'll see the two screws that need to come out.

I did. I have an 01 AP1. There were screws it looks like but more of a pin. Nothing to grab on to or turn. Should I take it to honda?

You can bring it to Honda or bring it to the Milpitas meet and I'll unlatch it for you but you'll need to do the rest
