So I sell my SC to a local member, but just got notice that his check is unpaid! Fawk! I just got the notice today and now I'm 3k out from my bank.

I'm in the process of contacting him, but so far no answer.

Any suggestions?

Holy crap that sucks Gary hopefully this is just a mistake on his behalf. Did the owner have an S as well or was it someone random?

I'm hoping that it's a mistake. I was able to get a hold of him, and requested that he pay me in cash tomorrow. We'll see.

I was able to talk to him tonite. I actually knew him - we raced on the hwy back when I first got my car sc'd and he had is 200sx; then met again later at a meet.

I'm being a bit wary until I have the payment.
