I checked out the Fremont shop, and I had a great experience there. It's cheap at $40 and has no problems with lowered cars. I'm definitely recommending to my friends and going back next time I need a smog test.

i need a smog cert. but my CEL light won't go away :( it passes the actual emissions part just fine though.
