lol another tip, i would always ask for their name first before you even talk about the issue(be it manager/ waitress....etc) get their name first and they usually know you will probably report their ass if they tried something with you

well i have friends who work/used to work there so i can pretty much find out who they are, even if they didn't give their name.

i complained about my burrito at chipotle being way too over seasoned and they actually did an investigation and apologized / sent me a coupon for a burrito lol.

Never stepped foot in Red Robin. One burger is a day's intake of fat and sodium for me.

Wow talk about bad service - I've never been there personally.....

So you walked out without paying? In most cases when you complain usually the restaurant tries to make it right. But I've never left a place on my own free will - I wonder if that's considered stealing or not paying....?

Sucks for sure but be careful for not breaking the law. With YELP these days most places strive for good service so that's stupid of that manager to act this way.

I just try not to eat at chains if I can help it, they usually don't give a shit about their food, service, or reputation.
