reprogramming immbolizer?

Default reprogramming immbolizer?

can this only be done by the dealers? or do little autoshops capable of this too? thanks in advance. and how much does this usual run at the dealership?

What are you trying to do? The immobilizer chip goes with the ECU I believe. What are you trying to reprogram for?

the immbolizer system shut me out and now i cant start my car. doesnt this mean i have to reset it?

Did you try just resetting the ECU?

resettin the ecu is just taking both battery terminals off for about 15 secs correct?

it takes ten minutes disconnect time for my tundra. Leave it disconnected all night, try it again in the morning.

Are you sure it is the immobilizer? Could it be something simple... dying battery perhaps?
