Here's the update. Basically the clutch fork that connects to the transmission snapped. Very odd break for an s2k so the mechanic said whoever replaced the clutch before probably didn't put in the clutch fork correctly. In the end I still have to replaced my clutch anyways since it is pretty worn, and order a new clutch fork connector.
