Don't put two different tires on the rear of your car. I can guarantee that it will affect handling. I lost a rear tire at 2500 miles, replaced it with a new one, and could feel it pulling to one side or the other whenever I went from throttle off to throttle on and back again. This continued throughout the life of that set of tires. It will be much worse with two different tire designs.
You can still get S-02's for the S2000 from Tire Rack. Last time I blew a rear tire (I've done it twice now), I had the new tire at my door the day after I ordered it. (That one only had 300 miles on it, so the replacement tire did not change the handling.)
Although the S-02 is a discontinued tire, Bridgestone will continue to make them for the S2000 and the TireRack will continue to sell them. In addition you are most likely going to see the 2003 S2000 with S-02s because Bridgestone will continue making them.
As one of the previous replies said, you can't put a single S03 on without handling problems. I did pair up 2 S03s on the rear of mine after encountering the handling problems with a S02 on one side and a S03 on ther other. It handled differently, but not badly with 2 S03s on the rear. Actually handled better in the wet weather. Honda has a service bulletin warning about mixing tires unless they are paired up.
Big ditto to all the above....I had Wheel Works try to sell me an S-02 Pole Position for replacing my destroyed rught rear and it was terrible. I got a new pair of S-02's from Tire Rack as well, and would recommend nothing else.
Wow.. I didn't know it would affect performances and all.. Thanks for the advice and I will tell them to order a S02 from TireRack. You guys are Great!

Depending on how many miles your other tire has, you might want to be ordering two tires.
I ordered the correct S-02 for my car, but since there was 2500 miles difference in tread usage, it still affected handling. It's bad news, but something you should be aware of.
