Default Spring install

I want to lower my car, a couple shops quoted $500 for install plus allignment, any local south bay shops that are a bit more reasonable?

Plan on getting the swift r specs on stock shocks, anyone have experience with this setup? I'm concerned primarily with the aesthetics, not perfornance.
