It is bad enough we have to pay higher gas price and now you are really going to force people to leave. Its ridiculous to even think about raising gas prices. That is going affect living expense. Why don't they decrease their salaries for gov't employee because most of them are over pay for not doing anything especially our budget crises.

It is a bad idea to give CA residents a reason to move out of the state because they can't survive.
