Default price range for s2k

Hello bay area folks,

Just curious trying to sell my car, 2006 laguna blue s2k with 12 k miles, clean title. What price range should I be looking to sell it for?
Hate to sell it , but it's time to move on.
Thanks

Doug

Your best bet is to check kelley blue book value then figure out how much you're willing to sell it for including whatever add ons you have on the car. Check out the car for sale section here on s2ki so you can get an idea. also check craigslist for prices. I also believe that you need to be a paid member to sell/post your car on the car for sale section. Good luck!

A "fair" price is always the point at which a particular seller has agreed and capable to pay for a specific car at that time. The trick is to find that "PERSON" who has money and willing to pay.

(aka people will tell you to hold out for a price they think is fair but they are NOT the ones buying the car so easy for them to say. If each month you are forking out $400+ car payments plus insurance, that is how much you are losing each month if you wait. Some people can afford to wait, others cannot)

A higher price just means you have to wait for that right person to come along, lower price will sell faster so only you can decide those terms.

As suggested I would check Craigslist, Ebay, KBB, Cars.com and Autotrader.

P.S. Condition, mods, supporting maintenance docs, accident history if any, paint work, all 3 keys, and TITLE in hand will also determine the final sale price depending on the buyer.

hope this helps

You should be able to get 18-20K easily for it. You may be able to find a die-hard S2K buyer at 22K but you'd probably be pushing your luck.

You didn't mention if it was modded. Super clean, bone stock should boost the value. Might appeal more to the older S drivers. I was definitely willing to lay down more $$ for a totally unmodded one. Good luck.
