Engine Work Needed on Car

Sup guys;

Was wondering if you know of a shop that you recommend to do some work on my car and how much I should be spending for the following setups in this thread:

I live out here in Costa Mesa so anything around OC would be good. Maybe someone can offer their services, PM me prices and contribute to the NA thread?

From my understanding, you want an little extra power for minimal cost, AP2 Engine is the way to go.

Don't ask me why I put little power and Ap2 together, but its the truth.
