I'm trying to find if anyone has an earlier VIN with a CA purchase than: 001766

 

Those 6 numbers appear in a VIN every year...

Oh. New to this. Here's the situation, my dad is an original owner of car number 1766 in the first model year (2000). He took delivery on 9/18/99. I'm trying to figure out if he was first delivery in CA.

The additional vin includes: YT001766

So I guess I'm looking for anyone between 1 and 1765 in model year 00
