Hi All,

I was hoping for some help from a local SoCal S2000 owner that had the bolt key for the seat locks seen below:

I purchased my S2 and the previous owner did not have the key either. If anyone has they key and is willing to let me borrow/purchase it from them, that would be much appreciated!

Depending on brand, I believe the keys are unique, or at least fairly unique (a number of different designs) so just finding someone with a set may not get you the correct key. Depending on design, many are hard to tq super tight and you may be able to get a set of channel locks on them and turn them off, especially a set of needle nose channel locks.

If you have a grinder, you might as well cut a straight line into the bolt head and use a big screw driver to remove it. As engifineer mentioned, there could be many different keys to unlock it.
