Rules: (Subject to change at anytime)

#1 I like to make (1) BLACK and (1) WHITE shirt. 2 different shirts.

#2 I like the S2000 to be as clear as the one above. Please do not copy the idea of the above artist. This is a trademark of Speedventures of Aaron and Chris the designer. DO NOT COPY IT.

#3 Only 2 colors to be used.

#4 Large Back S2000

#5 Small logo Front S2000 or Banner on the chest

#6 YOU MAY NOT use the trademark of HONDA, S2000, F20C, F22C, or anywords that will put you and I in court. You may use, S2K, S2K INTERNATIONAL, HOMECOMING. Please make a clear, clean, nice HOMECOMING Shirt.

#7 Must be made into .AI, .EPS (Vector). Host it as a .JPG 600X800 so we can see it.

I will chose the one I like best. What I like, may not be what other people like. If you submit it, please come in with the idea that your artwork may not be selected. Please understand it is difficult for me, so I will contact the winner.

Compensation:

You will recieve an (2) VIP ticket to this event (If the event happens). VIP admission is un-determined, but you and your friend will have 1 spot at this LIMITED event. Not everyone will make it to this event.

You will also get EARLY admission to this event, and pick your own parking spot.

You will get (2) food tickets.

You will get (2) Shirts (regular)

You will get (2) VIP shirts.

Should this event not happen, Should you not attend this event, the Winner will be compensated 100.00. In lieu of the compensation, you turn over the rights of this artwork to me and S2ki.com.

You may submit up to 3 DESIGNS per person.

Contest will END Oct 9th 2009. I may extend it.

I RESERVE the right to CANCEL this contest as soon as I find a SHIRT I like.
If someone submits something tomorrow that I like, I may pick the winner immedately and this contest will end.

What are the dimensions/sizing of these ...or I guess how big do you want them?

Just present it to us in a 800X600 scale to fit the screen, as a .ai or .eps we can alter that any time. (or the printer can alter that). As long as its layered and vector in .ai and .eps its good.

Just an idea...no real color added yet except for the text, but this is one idea I had for the front of the shirt...maybe something across the chest, or smaller just over the right side...

Like I said I don't have a lot of time outside of work to play with this, so no clue if I will finish it up...this is a rough sketch and I hate giving anything as a final product until it's perfect :D

wow, still pretty much nothing? I guess people are too busy. Here's a concept I came up with, still needs tweaking etc. It's only 2 colors, although both colors are very bright. Half-tone graphic mixed with solids. Probably not many people's cup of tea but I actually like the colors. Critiques and suggestions welcome. Thanx

You violated the most important one... #6. Can't use S2000.

Also #2. We need a drawing of the s2000, like speedventures shirt. Using a picture of the s2000.... is playing with fire... with American Honda.

I like this, a lot. Classy and simple.

I like your line drawings much better than this, but as you said, it's not everyone's cup of tea. To me, the bright colors look like the 80's. But then, you probably don't remember it since you were a toddler. :)

thanx, I can do much better than just the doodlings I did..haha. Yeah, I did the bright colors because of the 80's. The 80's fashion scheme/texturation/colorization is still very popular, and fairly sought after in the fashion industry. I guess I was trying to convey the fashion graphical sense into something that doesn't have to be. Sorry, since I work in fashion, I tend to do that. I'll try to design things within context next time. :D
