Red light camera question
Red light camera question, happened in los angeles near commerce off 5.
Yesterday I was approaching a intersection, light is red, and I am about to make a right turn on this red light, but I guess the car speed triggers the red light camera and it flashes ONCE on me, but my car stopped right on the line on time, and I made the right turn.
Will I be getting a ticket due to red light camera flash?
I heard that the camera needed to flash twice before they can send ticket is that true? As I am not even entering the intersection, just a right turn, so I don’t think the camera flashed a second time.
Any comments?

Even if you do get it... fight it. If the pic doesn't clearly show YOU are the driver just say you weren't driving. You DO NOT have to say who WAS driving, only that you were not.

If you didn't enter the intersection it was probably catching someone else or predicted you woudln't stop in time. I THINK you're ok.
