Default starter help?

my starter drags on cold starts
it kinda drags on the ignition for 1 or 2 seconds longer even after the car actually turns on.
i searched the forum and people suggested that i should grease up the bendix.
i know i have to take off the starter and take it apart but have no skills to do so lol
have anyone done this and could help me out?
thanks

Doesn't take much skill honestly if you want to try, just a pita to do it all but it's not that bad. If you don't consider yourself "handy&willing" then....

Mandalay auto.
