Thinking about going and buying a 08 TSX, its got 74k miles on it and the asking price is $16,900. What should I offer? Is a TSX a good daily?

 

Sounds way overpriced for that mileage. Is it CPO? If not run, there are better deals to be had.

 

a little over priced i would go with 14k ish. its a great daily my ex girl has it bought it cpo with 23k miles 0 issues

 

They nice, semi cheap, semi luxury, daily cars.
Add a supercharger and they're decently quick too!

That's definitely overpriced, considering it is decently high mileage for the year and it is the old bodystyle. I would agree that the TSX is a fantastic daily, but you can find a better deal for sure.

 

I like the old body style better, I don't want one newer then a 08. What should I pay for a 08 tsx?

 

I'd offer around 15ish... great DD! A friend of mine DD's his to work (+/- 45mi each way) and loves it. I believe he's up to about 215k on it.

 

Is it a dealership? If so, argue the price and be mean about it. If it's a private party, I would be nicer but let them know the price is super inflated for the miles. Every TSX I've ever ridden in and driven has been great. I don't think you can really go wrong with it, as it's essentially an Accord in a tux.

 

i daily drive one. i love it. the six speed manual makes it even more fun lol. if you plan to mod, just know the 07-08 tsx have flashpro as option. the 04-06 do too but require an 07-08 ecu.

 

The TSX is nice. I had a TL but drove my buddies TSX a few times and liked it. He said it was good on gas too.
