You can't tell me what to do with my extra cash! Probably a new Focus + something of the Atom/Caterham variety.

I'd buy a used E46 M3 and spend the rest of the money making it reliable.

NSX fixed up all the way (sucker for them), or a GTR.

MKIV Supra hands down for me. 100k in the car would be one mean beast. Might sway towards an NA1 NSX but I've always had a Supra fetish.

GT-R $90,950 and $9,050 tire & maintenance fund

Or

Z06 with 3LZ package and ultimate performance package $100,230

I think I'd buy the Vette based on reliability, maintenance cost, looks, weight, my preference for N/A engines, and its heritage. It really is one helluva car. Maybe not the fastest but plenty of fun.

Personally, I would aim for an old muscle collectors car... Some examples would be...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Unbel...item3f120475b1

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Resto...item4160f879b7

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Stunn...item3cc0c0bbb7

Cars such as a matching numbers original Shelby, Boss, Mach 1 maybe, C1 corvette, etc...

Id also settle for something like..

100k isn't enough to accomplish that...

I would have thought that this would have gone without needing to be said, but yes.
