I had to be at work by 5:00am today so at 4:45 I had my car floored for over 2 miles. it must have taken a full mile to go from 160 to 168mph....

100% stock 2005 NSX....

I had to laugh at the "took a mile to go from 160 to 168 mph" part because I know that's what it was like with Dad's NSX. Once you get to about 150-155 mph, it's pretty much like flogging a dead horse. Not much happening in terms of acceleration.

You're crazy for doing it but I've gained a new appreciation for cars that can make 100 mph seem like 40 mph and 130 mph seem like a normal highway cruising speed.
