Default 2002 C5 Automatic

Believe it or not I have done a seach but can't seem to find a reliable source.

Anyone have information on the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times on a 2002 Auto Convertible C5?
I would greatly appreciate it.

0-60 is for n00bs. mid to low 13's at a hair under 110mph ideally.

especially on the "a hair under 110mph". The auto C5 convertible was heavier and slower than the 6-sp coupe counterpart. The 6-sp coupe was able to do 13.3 @ 106 mph ON AVERAGE, let's not talk about the highs and lows, but average. The auto convertible should be slower than that, maybe somewhere in the 13.6 @ 104mph.

Your trap speeds are WAY off. I trapped 112mph in my completely stock C5 six-speed. With a few bolt-on mods (intake, headers, exhaust, 4.10 gears, Z06 wheels/tires) and some hard miles (loosened the motor up), I got a 117mph trap speed.

An automatic '02 C5 will run anywhere from low to mid 13's at 106-110mph for a healthy one. Also, the rear gear (2.73 or 3.15) will make a difference as well.

I saw a brand new Camaro automatic '02 Z28 run a 12.8 at 110mph with dealer plates still on it. '01 and up LS1 motors were pretty healthy all around.

300-320rwhp in a 3400 pound car. its gonna get in the high 100's for sure. comparing other cars to this with less power is silly, its an LS1, its very different .

all cars run different, at different locations, with different variables, blah blah blah. it has 100rwhp more than an S2K, think about it.......yeah different weight, gear ration, and all that crap, but seriously 100RWHP is a lot.

high 100's all day long with grandma driving.

Car and Driver got a 5.1 second 0-60 time and a 13.5 / 107 mph in their March '98 test of a manual Corvette convertible. It looks like the Corvette got a slight bump between '98 and '02 (power: 345 -> 350, torque: 350 -> 360), but throw in the automatic and I'd expect the times above to be best case for an automatic '02 convertible.

First of all, the auto convertible will NOT put down the same whp as the 6-sp. Are you saying the auto only loses 8.5% of power through the drive train? Secondly, I'm so confident that the auto convertible will not trap 110 that if YOU could do it, I'll give you EVERYTHING I have and go live in a monastery. But if you can't, I'd only ask for 1 dollar. Deal?

As for the above statement, . Yeah, and the S2K traps 105 all day long with a 100 yr-old grandpa with two crippled legs.

I'm still firmly standing by my previous statement, mid-13s @ 105-ish. Auto is generally a bit heavier than manual and loses more power through the drive train, AND convertible is also quite a bit heavier than a coupe as well. Add those two together and that time is already damned good.
