WTF? A stock radio isn't louder than a $2,000 aftermarket system? What is this world coming to?

I don't know if you are a skilled driver or not but I know someone who has the '04, and believe me, my '02 and several others agreed that we can not keep up with it off the line! The lower mid-range torque really does pack a difference!

This "slight" increase in torque of the '04 motor is only one part of the equation (and a small one at that). Most people don't seem to realize that on the '04, they put in a new secondary output ratio in the tranny so that gears 1 - 4 "seems" like you have 4.44's in the diff (which they don't). Then Honda changed gears 5 and 6 so that the highway cruising rpms didn't change.

I picked my 04 up on Friday...by Monday about 400 miles later the sound had gotten louder and deeper as the new exhaust/mufflers got broken in...from other vehicles experience, that sound "maturing" should be almost done around the end of break-in at about 600 miles (or Wednesday)
