It looks MUCH MUCH better than I than I thought. Hopefully that 550hp will carry that 4200lbs nicely. Thats if it weighs that much. The V6 came in at 4000lbs. Maybe Caddy used weight saving technologies.

With 550lbs of torque on tap, I think it would haul the portly 4200 lb sedan fairly easily..

The redline is just over 6,000rpm. I wonder if they lowered the redline a few hundred rpm over the LS9 in the ZR1 to get the power levels down? Something to think about...

Definitely a HOT car. So the last CTS-V stickered around $52K with lots of discounts available, that brought prices down to almost $42K on some cars.

Any thoughts on the new CTS-V's price?

I'd venture a guess at $60K.
