2011 Acura NSX prototype
This definitely could be the CL replacement, though as I told the OP in a private message, the car has six-pot calipers on front and four-pot calipers in the rear. That's serious hardware for anything but a seriously sporty car.
Then again, if Acura is serious about a CL coupe, they'll give it great hardware either way...
I'm excited to see what this car is in production form.

Hmmm... Very interesting. Lots of potential there. <fingers crossed> Better proportions that that AASC crap we saw a while back.
Looks like it might be the same frame that had the S2000-like body panels running around the Nurburgring. I don't recall that having any rear seat space.
Anybody remember?
Somebody look up the license plate - like with the S200-bodied test mule, the license should have engine information. Doesn't quite look to me like there's room for a V10 entirely behind the front axle line...

I agree that the brakes tell the story here. Performance!
It does remind me of the 350Z...weird.
I'd love to see a serious sports car from acura w/ say 400 ponies and SHAWD...even if it meant no NSX for a while... so whatever it is, I'll be happy.

It looks great. I don't think it's CL though. If you look at the side profile, there's no room in the back for passenger, particularly no head room. This thing is a 2-seater, which only strengthens the NSX replacement possibility.
