2026 Honda Prelude
Bingo? Seems like track times and performance only matter when it suits some.
Reality? Reality is most drive in areas where we don't have Canyons and twisties, and we're not the only ones on the road where we can drive at "balls to the wall" speeds. And when it snows, you're usually stuck behind someone who is hanging on for dear life and hitting their brakes every few seconds. Mundane driving is what most people do. We're on the same roads everyday doing the same thing along with everyone else. Some will have you believe you need AWD and 1000hp, but in "reality", most are just putting along at less than the speed limit regardless what they're driving. In that regard, we should all be driving Leafs?

What is your take on the Prelude? This being a discussion on the Prelude, not a discussion of why the critics are dumb, let's see your perspective on the topic at hand.
As I said in the Vintage thread, 2wks before this thread even started, it looked like a 9th gen Civic coupe, and had no idea who the targeted buyer was. I think it's lame that Honda even revived the Prelude name. Yes, but is it true to it's roots and is it a GT car or Sports Car? Stop already! Most on here, including me, wouldn't buy this regardless of it's name or roots or color choice.
Critics aren't dumb! It's the people that listen and are swayed by critics that are dumb. People should buy what they want, for what ever reason they want. Shouldn't have to justify or be told they made the wrong choice by anyone other than their husband or wife or banker. People buy stuff for different reasons. Maybe it is "image" at cars and coffee. So what? Give your opinion and move on. Remember the dead horse analogy.

And excuse me for not reading your comment about the Prelude in another thread not about the Prelude.
So... sounds like we're in agreement regarding the car.
See how most of my response had nothing to do with the topic at hand? That's how that poor horse keeps getting beat on.
