Yup, J32 in the TL and C32 in the NSX. (Plus, a 3.5L is available for the '07 TL Type S).

If I'm not mistaken, the NSX is a 90 degree V while the Accord/TSX/RL/MDX/Odyssey V6s are 60 degree Vs.

Plus, the NSX spins counter-clockwise while the other engines are clockwise. That means you could never do an NSX swap even if you could mount the motor as the car would just drive backwards!

So, totally different engines.

I think the original Legend shared SOME parts, though.

Tl is a SOHC set up and the NSX is DOHC

They tried to put the TL engine in the NSX, but it didnt fit.
