It's rather sad how this gentleman compares the S2k (10 years old) to a car that just came out... just shows the S2K is miles ahead of its time and would probably give the 370Z Roadster a decent run!

All it shows is a salesman being a salesman.

Take both cars to the track. The Z will overheat in 4 minutes. Then it's brakes will go out and you will crash. Win S2000

Fwiw, the S2000 is more similar to the original Z than the 370Z is.

The S2000 is (er, *was* anyway) easily the closest thing on the market to a modern 240Z. I just wish they'd made a coupe/hatch version!

370Z, like the 350Z before it, is a 2-seat version of a luxury sedan

Seeing as I own an S2000 and a 240z, I will completly agree that they have the same feel. I've raced both cars and daily driven both. Last year I was going to buy a 350z... but when I started thinking about it... the S even looked more like my old Z than the 350z did. I love the long nose profile and the shape of the Z, and my S fits that as well.

Now, time to whore.

My Z.

What year is yours? Mine's a '73. I'm in the process of building a F54 block with a P90 head and boosting it.
