Idiot, I'd probably hit that guy in the stomach if I ever met him. If you want to go 140 on an open road, that's your business. But weaving through cars like that and going 100+ on narrow shoulders people could move to during an emergency like a flat tire without warning just shows complete disrespect for the well being of others.
