Agreed...the fuel economy alone isn't worthy of the price. I'd rather have a Fit or a Civic (granted, I'm quite biased to Honda).

I'll take the Fit down here in Texas but for someplace cold and snowy, the SX4 is a pretty compelling vehicle. I actually like Suzukis SUVs (wouldn't buy them, but I do like them) as well.

Compelling contender, cheap awd should your needs require it. The mpg isn;t bad considering that it makes 40 more hp and has awd.
