How would the police know that you were pulling a scam? You haven't done anything wrong until you report it to the insurance company or to the police.

Ordinarily, it's not nice to tease someone who has bad english skills on the internet but let's face it ---- Here, we have an individual who is most likely a new immigrant to this free and wonderful society and he is already connected, in some way, with people who has dealings with criminal activity OR is involved in criminal activity himself/herself. NOT a great start to a new life here. PLUS, it doesn't take an english speaking/writing individual to PUT A BLOODY PROPER SUBJECT IN THE TITLE!
PLUS, PLUS, he states he is NOT into this society, yet knows of someone (yeah, right) who is willing to take advantage of and screw this society. (Geez, there should be some way to send these kinds of people back.)
