Did you see the ad where it tried to show 140 degree in the car... and adding that crap, it cools down to 75 degree? Uh.... whatever.

It may just work. Parked cars in the sun can be super hot.

I don't think it was a "before and after." I think it was "if you have this and if you don't use this."

I don't see how that works better than rolling down your windows a crack when you are parked, since you have to do that anyways to put the fan in. Even so, if your car does get to 140 degrees, when you open all the doors most of that heat goes away anyways.

I know.

But there are a lot of idiots out there. Getting some of those idiots will make them rich.

i think audi has something like this,
the whole moon roof is the solar charger, and it uses the solar energy to operate the ac.

That's not true! There are some products on infomercials that work well, as well as some that do not work well.

As for the Auto Cool thing, in theory, it seems to work. It uses solar to power its fans to circulate hot air collected inside the car to outside. It comes with a rubber thing to seal the open space of the window to block hot air from coming inside the car. Leaving a window down does not do the same thing because there would be an equilibrium between the outside and inside air. The fans/ac circulates hot air inside and blows it out. However, I'm not planning to buy it, but in theory, it should work.
