With all due respect, I still think that the S2000 is a much better looking car.

 

The s2000 is still a gorgeous car today. I fear that the replacement is going to look like crap.

the back end on that car is very clean/nice

 

Looks like it has a little less cut-lines in it, as if blocks of it had been chopped off with an axe.

 

It's better than the present Z4. How much better, I dont know

 

I agree, the Z4 is currently one of the most hideous looking cars on the road, so just about anything is an improvement.

Can't tell if I like it with that pattern on it. They obviously smoothed down some of the flame surfacing and that's a good thing. I never liked the Z4 roadster but somehow the hardtop coupe always looked good to me. I wonder how much extra weight the folding hardtop will be over a fabric convertible? Aside from weight, a well-fit folding hardtop could make it like two machines.
