Default BMW 335 Turbo

Speed was the only thing the new 3 series lacked compared to it's competition. This might tip the scales in their favor.

if honda finally went turbo, why not bmw. with the next gen m3's creeping into th 70k range fully loaded, turbo 335ci would be a nice compromise.

I'd rock it in sedan form.

Im not sure where this car is going to sit power wise. The new m3 is expected to be around 400hp, and the e46 M3 is 333hp with only a 3.3L engine. Im guessing that this car will put down 320 stock. BMW is going to have to figure out a way to keep owners excited about the M3 when they can purchase this car for cheaper and turn the turbo up. (sorry for the crappy writing....Im at work with alot of things going on)

E46 M3 is a 3.2 liter and the E90/92 will more likely be in the 425-450hp range. I would guess the 335 will be in the 320-330 hp range and should be easy to extract power from with the FI.

But, so far, only M-cars get a limited slip differential. Personally, I'll be keeping my 330i at least until the real M3 is released.
