Default BMW M7 Concept

Geneva 2004, BMW reveals their M5 Concept to the world. At the heart of the beast, lie a naturally aspirated 5.0-litre V10 producing 500 hp and at least 500 Nm of torque. With the new M5 debuting as a production model this year in Paris, is BMW ready to pull off another M concept out of their hats? Perhaps a M7 Concept with a 6.0-litre V12 producing in excess of 600 hp and well above 650 Nm of torque. Even though the artists rendering above is just a figment of our imagination, a M6 concept is more likely to appear at Paris along side its M5 brother rather than a M7. The M6 concept would use the same exact engine as the M5, the 5.0-lire V10, but conceivably with more power. The M6 concept would also come equipped with the 7 Speed SMG gearbox and thus benefit from its F1 origins. If a concept does debut, the production version could come as early as mid to late 2005 as a 2006 model. However, if the 5.0-litre V10 with 500 hp isn

what advantages would there be to having an M7? do you guys think BMW would try to make it somehow trackable? that thing would be huge. i think mercedes has the overweight-sedan-that goes fast in a straight line-really fast-thing down. come on, nothing BMW can do will outclass the TT V12.

BMW I'm sure can devise a nice and tidy competitor to M-B's power barges from hell.

The M7 likely wouldn't be half the track monster an M5 is, but BMW can tweak suspensions like no one else. Maybe if they break out the McLaren F1 V12, they'd have a good place to start.

lol, look at the cut-and-paste job on that image, the creator didn't even bother to match the blacks or blend in the obvious seams!
