Boxster S over an NSX?

DavidM, your posts are quality, but I'll call you nutz on this one. MDXluvr's NSX will easily out accelerate a Boxster S in a straightline and consistently post quicker lap times on any road course. Heck, the ubiquitous Boxster S can't even say it's quicker than the S2000.

I pay my car fan respects to all the great engineering that went into the Senna car. While I usually reserve the adjective "exotic" to slender & thonged-out Brazilian women, if I were to port it over into the world of sports cars and the NSX, an exotic it is not.

The Honda is not fast enough nor exclusive enough (i.e. Zonda S, 'Egg), yet the Tochigi Tiger, even to this day, is a compelling automobile. I could care less if a Z06 owns it in all performance categories. Give me my black, mid-engined, aluminum targa-top Honda sittin' on BBS LMs and let me go drive.

Now a "Boxster" I would take over the NSX is the 3600S... but that ain't no panzy non-911 Porsche now is it?
