Good catch on the red zone parking. 
I've only been pulled over twice, and only one ticket. The first was a warning, but a REAL nice guy...he was one of the Kansas Turnpike Authority guys. The second guy was a Wisconsin State Highway Patrol. Not particularly bad or nice, just right down the middle...could've played the part of the Terminator in disguise.
I'd have to say overall my cop experience has been just fine, and I appreciate their presence.
