How can Honda say the car has partial zero emmissions? Zero is zero. That's just as moronic as saying something is "almost unique".

i guess it sometimes turn off the gas engine when it's running or on

that's why they call it partial zero emission?

The fact that that the S2000 is a LEV is one of the reasons I love it.

In MY00 introduction, I think the S2000 was the cleanest engine in the Honda fleet, except the Insight. Impressive.

That's no longer the case, but it's an impressive fact nonetheless.
