Will it tell you if the car is stolen?

I have a real gem of a brother. He has stolen vehicles in the past, and I just found out that he has been storing a car at our sisters house for years. She wants it out of there, and is afraid to confront him. My guess is that he stole it and doesn't know what to do with it.

It is time for this clown to pay the piper. I want to find out if it is stolen, and then call the cops. He is a jerk, and needs to start answering for all of the crap that he has been pulling.
