Why again did they not include a limited slip?

So it would be slower around a tight track then a 911. The Boxsters don't have LSD from the factory as well. Thats why S2000's can beat them usually in AutoX.

The 911 does not have a LSD so why would the boxster or the caymen. Plenty of weight over the rear wheels in a RWD or ME configuration.

I could be totaly off my rocker though about the LSD, modern porsches are well a big different then the ones that I have owned in the past.

After my test drive of the Cayman S, I immediately thought "it's no 911." I was expecting more and it did not come close to the visceral feeling I got after driving the 997 Carrera. Not that it was all that bad, but just not impressive at the asking price.

Too compromised for the money, Porsche.

Perhaps down the road, a CPO version for less than $50k may get more of my attention. But definitely not at $70k

911 doesnt have lsd? serious?

in the top gear run around the track the cayman sure did look like it needed a lsd. the inner tire was smoking. quite embarrassing for a car that price.
