Couple of points:

1. Why would they do top speed tests on public roads.

2. Couldn't understand the Japanese but I think the driver said "Damn cops, always bother me when I am on my sunday cruise"

i love the article in import tuner about him getting pulled over but they let him go cause there radar didnt go up to as high as he was going. But that car is sweet.
